Burn Fat All Day

If you want to burn fat all day then you have to take some concrete steps and get disciplined. Once you get used to the new lifestyle this will become natural and you will start to achieve your fat loss goals. The results you achieve will further motivate you to make this lifestyle your natural way of living. Let's get started.

Our body has evolved over millenniums and it is extremely complex. If it notices that you do not need your muscle it will start to burn muscle mass for energy. The body is careful when it comes to the fat stored. Your body wants to keep this for a real starvation period. However if you do strength training aka weight lifting your body is under the impression that you need the muscle mass to cope with daily living and it starts to use your fat for energy.

Knowing a few people who are trying to lose weight and take up a fat burning diet, I've noticed a bad habit a lot of people have been starting. And this is skipping breakfast. This is probably the worst habit you can get into it will not help your fat burning diet at all, and you need to change it if you are one of these people.

The perfect way to build super-sets is to pair up lower body exercises with upper body exercises. When pairing them up also make sure that you focus on large muscle groups such as legs, chest, and back. An example of a good super set would be dumbbell squats followed by dumbbell incline chest presses. By targeting large muscle groups your body is forced to burn more fat during and after your workout.

There is an old saying that you are what you eat. The best way to burn fat is to stop eating so much of it. A diet of healthy meals with healthy food can help you burn fat all day long. Find foods that you like to eat and stick to those. A turkey burger can be just as tasty as a regular hamburger and will give you less calories.

During the day your body's main source of energy is the carbohydrates that you get from eating your meals. As you sleep at night for 6+ hours your body uses up all those carbohydrates as energy for various bodily functions that go on even while you sleep. When you wake up in the morning your body doesn't have any carbohydrates as energy to use and it will look to burn body fat instead for energy.

Ask ten people what type of exercise they should be doing to burn fat and fire up their metabolism and they'll all probably tell you the same thing. They'll tell you that you need to do 30-40 minutes of moderately-paced aerobic exercise on a treadmill, elliptical machine, stair climber, etc. for 3-5 times per week. They'll probably also tell you that more is better...4 times per week would be better than 3, and 5 times per week would be even better.

Exercise with resistance. Research has shown that the best exercise approach for reducing belly fat is to workout against resistance. This means lifting weights, using exercise bands or working against your own body weight. This stimulates the growth of your muscles and the amount of muscle you have is directly related to how fast your metabolic rate can burn fat.
